Freelance Billing Clerk

For our client, we are looking for a Freelance Billing Clerk.

Your duties:

• Loading accounting documents into their software.
• Adding booking lines per invoice.
• Checking booking lines and invoices.
• Create social media posts about current and new projects.
• Assist with budget control by collecting purchase and sales invoices by yard in an Excel file.

Your profile:

• Experience with accounting processes and invoicing.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
