The Inside Sales Representative works in team with the external sales representative. It is their responsibility to ensure excellent service and customer communication for a fixed territory or customer’s base.
Opening new accounts (30%) and extend the assortment portfolio with defined existing accounts (70%) is part of the daily work.
Supporting customer satisfaction and loyalty whilst moving the customer to the most efficient sales channel is very important.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
- Acts as the responsible sales person between the company and the assigned customers.
- Administers client data in internal support systems (IT).
- Making offers with correct price calculations.
- Booking orders and educate customers to use our E-Shop.
- Support of the team (External & Internal) with different tasks.Uses, primarily, telesales tools/knowledge/skills actively and effectively to manage sales across assigned customers and their potential estimation. Aims to continuously expand the business relationship with the defined customers and pushes to cross-sell the sealing assortment.
- Ensures the proper sales channel assignment of the customers, especially with the aim of digital rate increase at the company, meaning online migration.
- Knows customer’s business environment and goals as well as customer segment incl. products & applications. Knows competitive environment, key suppliers and buying behavior.
- Leads Customer Relationship Management, representing the company interests towards the customers, representing customers’ requirements within the company. Ensures speedy handling of customer complaints and enquiries.
- Identifies, manages and successfully concludes sales opportunities by persuading and influencing customers to choose products and services.
- Reports periodically with the external sales on his/her sales project portfolio.
- You a technical and/or commercial background.
- You also have at least 2 years of sales experience with technical products (B2B).
- You understand commercial aspects of solution/ service selling.
- IT knowledge is a plus, especially Excel .
- You have good communication skills.
- You're good at teleselling .
- Also you are self-driven , open-minded and take ownership
- You have analytical skills and are good with numbers.
- You have a driving license.
- You are fluent in English (Spoken and Written), knowledge of other languages (Dutch, French,...) is a plus.
