Business and Pricing Analyst

A successful, growing company operating in the pharmaceutical sector is currently looking for a Business and Pricing Analyst for the BeNeDACH region.You will support and strengthen its team in Brussels and Germany and report to the Finance Director.

Your main responsibilities as a Business and Pricing Analyst will include:

• Increase overall value of products through strategic pricing and segmentation by data analysis
• Develop and implement pricing and rebates strategies to drive Gross Margin across the region
• Ensure data consistency across systems and tools
• Conduct data analysis to develop price and rebate corridors
• Propose price and rebate targets and challenge the sales & marketing approach
• Monitor market developments, competitor price strategies and price acceptance among customers
• Define market-facing price setting for all products in the different channels
• Support the implementation across the full product portfolio
• Monitor pricing and rebates targets achievements
• Analyse and implement key pricing enablers to drive revenue and maximize profitability
• Identify the root causes of margin leakage

About you:

• You have a bachelor's degree in business economics or project management
• A previous business experience in data management, tracking, and reporting is preferred
• You are experienced in defining and implementing pricing strategies
• You have strong analytical skills and excellent numerical abilities
• You have a strategic mindset and the capability to effectively translate strategies into actionable plans
• You are proficient with systems and data analytics tools, enabling you to make informed decisions
• You have demonstrated the ability to engage and manage internal stakeholders to gain their support and commitment
• You have strong communication and project management skills
• You are fluent in English
