Teamlead Business Controlling

For a large, fast growing IT service provider active across the globe we are looking for a Teamlead Business Controller . As a key member of the HQ finance team you will provide BU management financial insights allowing them to take strategic decisions and follow-up on a wide variety of projects. You will manage a team of ca. 5 controllers ranging from junior to medior profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• You will focus on project and solution controlling & take on reporting tasks varying from margin analysis, project risks evaluation, actuals vs budget analysis, sales price analysis, forecasting, etc.
• In additional you will assist the business with ad hoc requests.
• You'll take ownership of a number of dedicated reports and processes during closing and provide financial support and information during budget rounds.
• You'll act as the point of contact for our business when they require financial services. This involves assisting them to interpret or analyse KPI reporting, delivering insights, suggesting improvements,…
• Take the lead of a team of business controllers of ca. 5 members.

Qualifications

• You hold a Master's degree in a finance related field.
• 7+ years' of experience in audit or controlling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP is a strong plus.
• Experience with people management is a plus, but not required.
• You are fluent in English. Dutch is a nice to have.
