As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their branch operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the logistics industry, who can drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
• Lead and inspire a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure targets are met.

• Operational Oversight:
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage branch budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Report on branch performance to senior management.

• Customer Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and achieving financial targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management, and warehousing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
