YOUR ROLE

• Coordinate forwarders on issues/urgencies. 
• Coordinate with Customer Service Control Tower on logistics related issues.
• Communicate with Supply Chain Planning, where required.
• Support new/changed master data for logistics.
• Issue & control export documents including broker communication.
• Support the transport planning process and projects to improve logistics processes & costs.
• Manage logistic complaints handling the site Westerlo.
• Keep archives up to date for ISO procedures.

YOUR SKILLS

• You have a higher education diploma (ideally in logistics or supply chain management).
• You have 2 to 5 years work experience in a logistics environment or related functions.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and/or German is a big plus.
• You have knowledge in SAP, MS Office, CRM conditions and the following logistics aspects : warehousing/export/import.
• You have good communication capabilities and are able to understand the linkages between customer requirements & services, warehouses, transport activities and costs effects.
• You ideally have prior experience working in a production environment.
