Administrative Intern Maintenance & Security & OHS Chanel BenSca

This internship is designed for candidates eager to play a key support role within the Maintenance, Security, and OHS team, contributing to the seamless operational continuity and safety of our boutiques and facilities.

You will participate in a wide range of activities that ensure compliance with internal procedures, security protocols, and effective coordination between internal teams and external service providers.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain first-hand experience in facilities, maintenance, security, and health & safety management within a retail environment. You will have the opportunity to impact operational excellence at Chanel, supporting both day-to-day administration and process improvement initiatives.

• Reports to: Department Manager BenSca, Maintenance, Security & OHS
• Interacts with: Internal teams (boutiques, facilities), external service providers, and key operational stakeholders

Languages

• Trilingual profile (French, Dutch, and English) strongly preferred.
  Comfort with written and oral communication in all 3 languages is essential due to the BenSca perimeter

Core missions and responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Maintenance, Security, and OHS department.
• Assist in procurement, supplier follow-up, and contract management.
• Support maintenance, security, and OHS coordination processes.
• Contribute to health, safety, security, and general maintenance compliance-related follow-up.
• Support security awareness training, incident reporting, and coordination with security providers.
• Assist in reporting, documentation, and data management.
• Support internal coordination with stakeholders and service providers.
• Participate in operational and administrative process improvements.
• Support financial monitoring activities under the supervision of the department manager.
