- Banishing Alert Fatigue: Deploy AI to automatically filter out noise and false positives, categorize incoming alerts, and ruthlessly prioritize incidents based on historical data.
- Solving the Mystery (RCA): Generate automated root cause analyses and craft AI-suggested remediation runbooks to drastically reduce our Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
- Creating the Smart Playbook: Document your integrations and write the blueprint for how our operational teams will collaborate with AI agents in the future.

- Monitoring & Observability: Zabbix will be your primary source of truth.
