🌟 The Role


We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and commercially minded individual to join our Asset Management department as a Sales & Marketing Intern for a 6-month, paid internship (30 hours/week). This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our investor acquisition and relationship management efforts while learning about the fast-growing carbon markets.


You will work closely with the CEO of our Asset Management division to identify and engage potential investors, support marketing initiatives, and create compelling materials that communicate the value of our carbon market investment strategies. This is a hands-on position with exposure to both sales and asset management in a high-calibre, international environment.


 


✅ You’ll be a strong fit if you have:



  • Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Languages: Fluent English (native or near-native level) plus an additional Western European language (French, Spanish, Dutch, or German).

  • Skills: Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; strong written English for producing investor materials.

  • Commercial Drive: Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to engage high-level contacts.

  • Teamwork: Collaborative approach with strong communication skills.

  • Interest: Passion or interest in asset management, finance, and the environmental commodities market.


 


🔍 Core Responsibilities:



  • Screen and evaluate potential investors, identifying optimal outreach channels.

  • Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns targeting high-value prospects.

  • Draft and refine investor-focused materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and event handouts.

  • Support the development of an impactful narrative around carbon markets and investment opportunities.

  • Prepare and coordinate logistics for conferences, events, and investor meetings.

  • Participate in investor or stakeholder calls, documenting key takeaways.

  • Follow up on meetings with tailored communications and ensure timely handover of leads to Senior Investor Relations.

  • Maintain investor databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
