The upscale Pullman Brussels Centre Midi hotel enjoys a prime location on the Gare du Midi railway station. This elegant and cosmopolitan 4-star hotel offers 237 rooms with superior amenities and a designer convention center.

Your mission

• Performs Front Office, Reception and Information operations, applying the organisational structure defined by the Welcome Manager.
• Forms the link and interfaces between the hotel's different departments and various points of reception.
• Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
• Promotes the hotel's offer.
• Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.
• Assist the Welcome Manager and the team in their daily tasks.

• Caring for others and the environment around you: you contribute to making the stay of our clients irreproachable and unforgettable with your personal touch!
• Languages: French and English
