To support our continued growth and ambitious goals, Avertim is looking for a motivated and proactive Business Support Intern to join our dynamic team.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in management consulting while contributing to strategic initiatives across business development and recruitment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Support Intern, you will collaborate closely with our local Business Managers to drive Avertim’s consulting activities forward. Your tasks will include:

Business Development

• Assist in identifying business opportunities and relevant industry events.
• Prepare impactful presentations, templates, and company credentials.
• Contribute strategic recommendations to support Avertim’s growth.

Market & Offers

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and potential clients.
• Support the creation of client offers and background documentation.
• Participate in PMO activities (reporting, minutes,...)

Recruitment & Talent Engagement

• Support recruitment efforts by identifying top talent and optimizing sourcing channels.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Management & Strategy or a related field.
• You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
• Previous experience in consulting is a plus.
• You are available for minimum 4 months as of July 2026.
