This role will be based in the Flanders region (ideally Brussels, Antwerp)\n\nStarting in April 2026 as a Urology CSR Graduate you will support Prostetic Urology cases in the OR, learn to identify commercial opportunities, contribute to account plans, and support regional sales strategies. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you\u2019ll gain insight into growing market share, engaging clinical and economic stakeholders, and managing both capital and disposable product sales.\n\n \n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Market \u0026 Strategic Support: Gather market insights (competitors, reimbursement, stakeholder mapping) and support regional planning.\n * Account Management: Assist in developing account plans, support Tier 1 accounts, and gradually manage Tier 2/3 accounts independently.
