This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purpose\u2014improving lives through your life\u2019s work\n\nAbout the role:\n\nCome and start your career in medical device sales by becoming a Urology Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) Graduate with our Prostetic Urology portfolio. This role will be based in the Flanders region (ideally Brussels, Antwerp)\n\nStarting in April 2026 as a Urology CSR Graduate you will support Prostetic Urology cases in the OR, learn to identify commercial opportunities, contribute to account plans, and support regional sales strategies. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you\u2019ll gain insight into growing market share, engaging clinical and economic stakeholders, and managing both capital and disposable product sales.\n\n \n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Market \u0026 Strategic Support: Gather market insights (competitors, reimbursement, stakeholder mapping) and support regional planning.\n * Account Management: Assist in developing account plans, support Tier 1 accounts, and gradually manage Tier 2/3 accounts independently. Help build and maintain the sales pipeline.\n * Stakeholder Engagement: Shadow senior staff to build relationships with urologists, OR teams, and hospital decision-makers; learn to present health-economic arguments.\n * Sales Execution: Identify opportunities from clinical activities.\n * Collaboration \u0026 Reporting: Work with clinical teams to understand evidence and use reporting tools to track performance.\n * Quality \u0026 Compliance: Adhere to Boston Scientific\u2019s quality and patient-safety standards.\n\n\n\nProfile\n\n * Recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering, life sciences, nursing or similar (2024/2025).\n * Strong interest in medical devices/healthcare; urology exposure is a plus.\n * Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.\n * Fluent Dutch, English (C1/C2) and French (B2).\n * Valid driving license obligatory.\n * Motivation to support clinicians in the OR and learn procedural/product expertise.\n\n\n\nWhat we can offer to you:\n\n * Work for a company dedicated to transforming lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world\n * Work in an international environment\n * Inspirational colleagues \u0026 culture\n\n\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
