🌟About the Role: You’ll work closely with our Western European Trading team to help grow a portfolio of industrial clients, building relationships that foster sustainable change. This is a hands-on, front-office role where you’ll develop sales and financial skills in a pioneering, niche market that’s ripe with opportunity.

📋Key Responsibilities: During your internship, you’ll gain valuable insight into the workings of the carbon market and develop essential skills. Tasks include:

· Market Analysis: Learn about regulations, trends, risks, and opportunities in the carbon market.

· Client Development: Assist in building a pipeline of potential clients, prioritizing leads, and nurturing new partnerships.

· Account Management: Support customer account setup, including documentation and administrative follow-ups.

· Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales metrics and market-related data to inform trading decisions.

· Process Improvement: Help streamline administrative processes to boost sales efficiency.

· Event Coordination: Assist in organizing conferences and preparing PR materials to enhance Vertis' presence in the market.

🔍What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking ambitious students who are:

· Holding a relevant degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.

· Fluent in Dutch at a native level

· Interested in learning sales principles, financial products and account management practices.

· Strong team players with a positive, supportive attitude.

· Excellent communicators with a natural ability to build relationships.
