Internship description: 

Are you ready to shape the future of consumer engagement in Europe? Europe’s Digital Consumer team (TaDa) is revolutionizing how we connect and influence our consumer transactions at scale and help grow our brands. In 2026, we will go even bigger than 2025 with more than 90+ campaigns across 13+ markets. This your chance to be part of a game-changing journey!  

We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious student to join us and gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic and exciting industries. In this internship, you will be instrumental in helping bring campaigns to life, coordinate stakeholders, support CRM rollouts, track performance, and ensure excellence in activation across markets. You will work closely with Digital Consumer Marketing, Brand, Trade Marketing, Media, CRM, and Sales teams to ensure smooth and impactful campaign delivery. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in DTC marketing, CRM, digital campaigns, and full-funnel activation in a fast-paced European environment. 

What will you do during the internship? 

  • Support the rollout of 2026 TaDa consumer campaigns across markets.  

  • Coordinate with Brand, Trade Marketing, Media, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials.  

  • Assist in campaign setup, launch preparation, and execution follow-up. 

  • Support implementation of trade mechanics and activation plans.  

  • Help manage timelines and tracking & monitoring performance.   

  • Conduct post-campaign analysis, reporting and presentations for internal stakeholders. 

Internship duration:  

6 Months, starting in June 2026    

Compensation:    

Unpaid (with potential for full-time employment post-internship) 

  

Learning opportunities: 

  

70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation.  

  

20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.  

  

10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops & online training courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessions facilitated by AB InBev and LinkedIn Learning. 

  

What we’re looking for: 

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and consumer engagement.  

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.  

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.  

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.  

  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data.  

  • Proactive, hands-on, and execution driven. 

  • Passion for consumer-facing brands and digital innovation.
