Digital Creative intern

As a Digital Creative Intern, you will play an important role within the Digital Marketing Team at Sony Music Entertainment Benelux. You will contribute to campaigns for both national and international artists, helping us create impactful content, grow fan communities, and maximize the success of new releases.

This internship offers the opportunity to further develop your skills in content creation, social media, community management, and digital marketing within a fast-paced and creative environment.

What will you do?

• Digital Campaign & Rollout Support: You will support our Digital Marketing Managers in the development and execution of digital campaigns for Sony Music artists. Together with the team, you will help translate an artist’s identity and story into impactful digital activations, including release campaigns, social media and TikTok strategies, creator marketing, fan engagement initiatives, CRM campaigns, and UGC marketing. You will contribute to campaigns that engage fans and help maximize the reach and impact of our releases.


• Content Creation: You will conceptualize and create engaging content for our artists and releases. This includes short-form videos, social posts, video advertisements, visuals, and other digital assets. You will work with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, while staying on top of the latest developments in content creation and social media. Together with our Digital Marketing Managers, Content Creators, and Head of Digital, you will bring creative ideas to life through compelling online content.


• Social Media & Community Management: You will assist in managing the social media and community channels of our artists. This includes helping to plan, publish, and optimize content, while exploring new ways to grow and engage online communities. You will also contribute to the development of new and secondary social media accounts that help increase visibility and reach for our artists.


• Short-Form Content Production: You will regularly be out on location capturing content. From behind-the-scenes footage on music video sets and artist content days to live performances and exclusive events, you will help document unique moments and transform them into platform-first, creative, and professional content.


• A Creative Concept Development: You will actively contribute to campaign concepts, content formats, and creative ideation. By monitoring trends on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, you will help translate cultural moments into relevant opportunities for our artists. Whether it’s developing new content formats or pitching ideas for creative shoots, your input can help shape the success of our campaigns.

Who you are:

• You are currently studying, or have recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Creative Business, or a related field.


• You are available for a minimum of 4 months, full-time (5 days per week).


• You have a genuine passion for music, social media, and digital culture.


• You live and breathe social media, with a strong understanding of what’s trending on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.


• You are creative, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.


• You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail.


• You can work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.


• You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken. French is a plus.


• Experience with, or a strong interest in, tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other content creation software is a plus.
