Role Summary

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic HR team!

Both Soft and Hard HR : You will contribute to a wide range of HR Projects and various administrative tasks, gaining a 360° view of Human Resources. 💯

Required Qualifications

• Currently studying in 3rd year of Bachelor/Master level in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field. 👨‍🎓
• English skills : minimum B1 level. 🖋️
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 💬
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. ⏳
• Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 💻
• Team spirit with the ability to work independently. 🤜🤛

Desirable Qualifications

• French skills is a strong plus.
• Previous HR internship experience is a plus. 🔎
• Knowledge of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS), preferably Mpleo. 📂
• Interest in skills development and performance management. 🤩
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn. 📚
