Your function :

To consolidate our growth, Sagacify is looking for an HR intern with a passion for recruitment, onboarding and process optimisation for a temporary assignment. You will work closely together with the Head of Talent & Culture.

• Support for HR operational tasks, including drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentation


• Assistance with HR initiatives and projects


• Preparation of internal and external communication materials


• Support in reviewing and improving company policies and procedures


• Analysis of existing HR data and identification of future HR content needs


• Participation in organizing team-building activities and other employee engagement events

Skills & requirements :

• You are familiar with presentation tools such as Canva or Gamma and have strong proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Docs and Slides


• You are fluent in French, with professional proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus


• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field


• You are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility


• You enjoy working with diverse teams, engaging with people, and applying theoretical knowledge to practical business needs


• You have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and you are confident in asking the right questions and taking initiative


• Previous work experience or internships in HR or related fields is a plus


• You are available to start as soon as possible and can stay with us for 2 to 6 months
