The research aims to understand and exploit fundamentaloptical phenomena-such as coherence, polarization, and light-matterinteractions-to address critical challenges in optical metrology. Thisinternship topic, which can be optionally extended into a Master's thesis,provides training in fundamental microscope physics and engineering,computational imaging and reconstruction algorithms, and deep-learning-basedimaging enhancement frameworks.
