At ScioTeq, you’ll join an HR team in an international high-tech company active in avionics, defense & security, and air traffic control.

As an intern, you’ll be part of our team, not just watching from the sidelines.

• Be part of the full recruitment cycle: from job postings to first candidate touchpoints.

• Spot talent and make sure their experience is as smooth and positive as possible.

• Help schedule interviews and support screenings.

• Bring employer branding and campus recruitment to life.

• Keep our talent pipeline as fresh as your Spotify playlist.

• And yes, admin is part of the deal too – but we do it smart with our digital tool (Recruitee), not with endless Excels.

What helps you succeed here isn’t perfection, but curiosity and drive.

• You’ve got a real passion for HR and recruitment.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.

• You’re proactive, organized, and naturally curious.

• You’re pursuing a master’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or a related field.

• You’re open for a long-term internship, starting in ‘25 or ‘26.
