How will you be able to make an impact?  At threon, you’ll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and skills across various aspects of Learning & Development.  

What can you expect? 

• Get creative: Adapt and optimize training materials to meet the specific needs of our clients. 

• Design and develop: Support our team and create inspiring training materials yourself. 

• Organize and coordinate: Assist in organizing and coordinating engaging training sessions and workshops. 

• Evaluate and improve: Assess the effectiveness of our training programs and suggest improvements. 

• E-learning modules: Contribute to the development of innovative e-learning modules. 

• Administrative support: Help with administrative tasks, like maintaining valuable contact with our clients as well as scheduling and organizing impactful training sessions. 

What do you bring to the table? 

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication or Business, with an interest in Learning & Development.

• A passion for project management and soft skills. 

• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude. 

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

• Flexibility and adaptability. 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Experience with Microsoft Office. 

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
