In this 6-month internship you will get a clear view of the day-to-day activities of a job function within Sales which will aid you in choosing a master program or future job.
In this internship you are assistant to the Account Manager of one or multiple (key) accounts, who is responsible for all categories (Oral Care, Body Care, Softeners, Cleaners) and brands (Colgate, elmex, meridol, Sanex, Tahiti, Palmolive, Soupline, Ajax, La Croix).
What you'll do
Every day is different, but below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:
• Administrative follow-up of the customer(s) to ensure that commercial strategies and execution plans are implemented at a central level as well as in the store
• Administrative follow-up of the assortment through (re)launches of new products and the promotional customer plan
• Development and maintenance of an interface facilitating the monitoring of promotions and new products with customer service & supply chain
• Help with the preparation of meetings with the various customers
• Preparation and participation in monthly meetings with our sales force
• Commercial development of the customer(s) through analysis and monitoring of category markets, incl. recommendations and follow-ups of our major initiatives. Monitoring of the business plan for the different categories and within the brands.
- Analysis of sales results and more specifically promotions implemented at the distributors mention
- Follow-up of sales forecasts
- The study of assortments and optimization recommendations
- Help in recommending and implementing promotional plans and innovations

• Master 1 or 2 in Business School preferred
• Fluency in both French AND English is required, both written and orally
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides is essential
• Previous experience in Sales and/or in FMCG are considered a plus
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, sense of initiative and attention to detail
• Autonomous, proactive and able to take charge of projects
