About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our accounting team within our Property Management department as an Accounting Support. This role is ideal for students pursuing studies in accounting, finance, or business administration or Real Estate (IPI)  who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting data entry using Solare IT software.
• Scan and organize supplier invoices for digital processing.
• Support the team in booking supplier invoices and verifying document accuracy.
• Help with invoice tracking and filing to ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in quality checks of accounting inputs and scanned documents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial data.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in French and/or Dutch; English is a plus.
