Internship Supply Management Coordinator and Category Manager Assistant

In this 6-month internship you will get a clear view of the day-to-day activities of a job function within Supply Management and Category Management, which will aid you in choosing a master program or future job.
What you'll do
Every day is different, but below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to
accomplish:
On Mornings: Shared Supply Management Coordinator
You will be trained and be part of the logistics team where you are in contact with
customers, sales and logistics.
- Handle order proposals in SAP.
- Inform customers and the Sales Department of delivery difficulties or stock
unavailability
- Propose and negotiate a solution with customers
- Be the point of contact with the customer for any problems related to the order or
delivery
- Reporting: Update and analyze key logistics performance indicators by customer
On Afternoons: Category Manager & e-com Assistant
- Analysis and monitoring of categories and promotions at our retail customers
(internal and competitor brands)
- Develop and implement category development projects with our clients in
collaboration with the sales team based on
- Market research and insights
- Assortment/linear analysis
- Use of Nielsen, GFK and retailer data
- Support to monthly category analysis
- Be the point of contact for excellent execution of ecommerce basics at our
customers (product descriptions, mobile optimized, etc)

- Business school
- Fluency in both French AND English is required, both written and orally
- Good knowledge of computer systems & tools such as Nielsen, Excel, Brandbank etc.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, sense of initiative and attention to detail
- Autonomous and able to take charge of projects
- Good relational skills
- Previous experience in Sales and/or in FMCG are considered a plus
