Internship - Talent Acquisition

At Elia, we are looking for a motivated intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
This internship is open year-round, with flexible start dates and durations, and offers a strong learning opportunity within our Talent Acquisition team.

This role is ideal if you like structure and supporting recruiters in their day-to-day activities.

As an intern in recruitment, you will provide broad practical support to the recruitment team:

• Support day-to-day recruitment activities and projects


• Assist with CV screenings and phone screenings


• Support the follow-up of candidates and recruitment processes


• Bring structure to documents, data and administrative processes


• Help ensure smooth and efficient organisation behind the scenes

Your Profile

• You are a bachelor’s or master’s student (preferably in HR, psychology or a related field)


• You are organised, accurate and discrete


• You enjoy operational work


• You take ownership and work proactively


• You can work independently, but are also a team player


• You communicate clearly and professionally


• You speak Dutch or French, with a good command of English


• You are comfortable working with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Copilot, …)
