Knowledge Management & Content Design Intern

Project Overview

The primary goal of this internship is to transform our internal documentation into a high-functioning, visually engaging knowledge hub. Using a pre-defined structural proposition, you will lead the migration of existing knowledge, including the Atrias Academy, into Confluence. This isn't just about "copy-pasting"; it’s about creating a seamless user experience for every employee who needs to find information.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation: Execute the migration of paper-based structures into a live, organized Confluence environment.
• Content Transformation: Review legacy documentation and rewrite/reformat it to ensure it is concise, accurate, and easy to navigate.
• Visual Design: Utilize Confluence macros, layouts, and visual elements to make pages "scannable" and aesthetically pleasing.
• Academy Integration: Transition the Atrias Academy materials into the new structure, ensuring learning paths are intuitive for new and existing staff.
• Quality Assurance: Audit links, permissions, and page hierarchies to ensure the "new world" of our documentation is bug-free and logically sound.

High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving.
