About the internship


The Omni Contact Team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us for a 4 to 6-month mission. During this internship, you will support the setup and management of a long-term collaboration with an external voice call services provider, ensuring smooth integration and high performance within CCEP’s operations.


 


What you’ll do



  • Support the setup and onboarding of an external voice call services provider

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and the external partner

  • Monitor daily operations and ensure service quality and KPI adherence

  • Assist in defining, tracking and analysing performance indicators (KPIs & KBIs)

  • Prepare reports highlighting performance, trends and improvement areas

  • Support training, documentation and knowledge sharing between teams

  • Help define and monitor campaign objectives linked to voice call activities

  • Participate in weekly follow-ups and continuous improvement initiatives


Who you are



  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset with interest in performance tracking and reporting

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM, customer service or call center tools is a plus

  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills

  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a very good level of English
