About the Internship

We’re currently looking for a Paid Media Intern to join our team in 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate eager to break into the digital advertising industry.

As a Paid Media Intern, you’ll work closely with our Paid Digital Media team to support campaign set-up and execution, optimization, and reporting for leading brands. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing media budgets, audience targeting, and performance tracking across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google and more.

We are currently accepting applications for September 2025 internships. Please note that a university agreement is mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Support the paid media team in daily operations and campaign tasks.


• Contribute to the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital media campaigns.


• Track key campaign metrics and support in performance reporting.


• Stay current on platform trends, ad formats, and industry innovations.


• Assist in research, insights gathering, and the development of digital amplification strategies.


• Help prepare persuasive, client-facing presentations.

Who You Are

• Passionate about digital marketing, advertising, and paid media.


• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from a fast-paced, multicultural environment.


• Analytical with great attention to detail.


• Organized and a clear communicator.


• Proficient in English and French or Dutch


• Comfortable working with data, presentations, and digital tools.
