Procurement Trainee

ING Luxembourg is looking for a trainee within its department « Procurement Trainee » on an internship contract agreed by the student’s school, starting from July 2024.

Within the Procurement department you will :

 

• Bring administrative support within the team on register contracts and related documentation in the tool (Ibuy)
• Bring administrative support in RFP launch, reception,
• Bring support in the DORA project (interact with different departments within the bank and follow up)
• Bring support in the GEP project (replacement of Fast procurement/Ibuy)
• 
  
   

Profil Ideally undergraduate university degree and are a postgraduate student (Master 1 or Master 2);

• General knowledge of a procurement / purchasing department
• Perfect knowledge of French and English;
• Good knowledge of Microssoft Suite;

Soft skills

· Well organized and focused on quality and timely delivery;

· Strong analytical & thinking skills and able to work with autonomy;

· Able to use new IT products and using them wisely;

· Team player with good social skills and a strong communicator
