Mission and key tasks

As an intern, you will join the Plant Based Solutions UHT R&D team, focusing on plant-based whippable toppings, egg substitutes and beverages. You will closely support R&D managers and contribute to developing new products and improving existing products.

Your key tasks:

• Organizing and conducting pilot on the UHT installation and laboratory trials


• Performing analytical and sensorial evaluations in the laboratory, including shelf life assessments


• Organizing and executing baking trials to facilitate sensorial testing (following comprehensive training)


• Documenting and analyzing results

Who are we looking for ?

• You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science;


• You have laboratory experience;


• You are able to independently manage projects;


• You’re sincerely interested in the bakery and pastry world;


• You have a practical, hands-on approach;


• You are proficient in English.

• Period of the internship : starting between May and June 2026


• Duration of the internship : 6 months


• Location of the internship: Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium
