What you'll do
As a Working student at Regnology, you will be a member of our dynamic and international HR team. You will contribute to the growth and evolution of our global HR Services function. Your role will be focused on offering support for our employees In Belgium on HR topics but can also expand to include tasks for global locations. .
- Providing support with a wide range of tasks in the employee life cycle, from joining to leaving
- Administration of digital personnel files and maintenance of master data in our HR tool, as well as collaboration in the further development of workflows
- Creation of employee documents such as employment contracts and interim and final references
- Supportive collaboration in the area of payroll
- Active collaboration on projects relating to HR-related topics
- Insight into the various HR areas, from services, recruiting and L&D to project work
