As a marketing and communications officer you are responsible for developing and execute marketing campaigns, supports internal communications, and implements online and offline marketing strategies to enhance local brand awareness.
Position
Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting internal employees to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement. Create initiatives to celebrate employee achievements, milestones, and foster a sense of unity within the organization. Coordinate and manage employee-focused events, competitions, and activities. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and effective internal communications. Prepare and distribute newsletters, memos, and announcements to keep employees informed about company updates, achievements, and initiatives. Implement feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction and suggest improvements to internal communications. Manage the company's online presence across various digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing. Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products to target audiences, adhering to industry regulations and guidelines. Monitor online engagement, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials, brochures, and presentations. Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements and accurately represent the company's values and products. Creative thinker Analitical Teamplayer Accurate Strong Communicator Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a operational environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing. Experience using marketing tools (Canva, Wordpress, Email marketing, Adobe) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Dutch Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
