What We're Looking For 4-5+ years in technical marketing, marketing/growth engineering, or a similar role combining strategy and technical execution Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar) with experience building data pipelines, API integrations, and automation workflows Experience building landing pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Hands-on with Zapier and n8n (required) Deep experience with CleverTap and/or similar tools, including communication journeys and lifecycle email Strong command of GTM, server-side tracking, and CAPI Experience designing multi-touch attribution and tracking infrastructure Experience with AI agents, LLM-powered tooling, or similar systems Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and ad ops Comfort with identity resolution tools (Clearbit, 6sense) and enrichment APIs Systems thinker, clear communicator, and a self-starter who owns projects end-to-end, raises concerns in the moment, and thrives in ambiguity
