Human Resources Manager

Our client
is a global industry, recognized worldwide, operating across multiple
markets.

We are
seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions at
our client’s industrial site. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity
to shape strategy, develop talent, and ensure operational compliance in a
global context.

• Lead
  and coordinate all HR subsystems, ensuring strategic alignment with business
  goals;
  
• Track
  HR metrics, develop improvement strategies, and report results to global
  headquarters;
  
• Drive
  talent development and succession planning to support long-term growth;
  
• Ensure
  compliance with Brazilian labor laws and support audit processes at the state
  and federal levels.
  

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields;
  
• Proven experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in an industrial environment;
  
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and union relations;
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills;
  
• Advanced English proficiency.
  

• Experience with SAP;
  
• Background in multinational organization.
