Logistics Specialist - Control Tower SCM

Ensures the standardization of SCM processes, from the implementation of new projects to current processes, ensuring compliance with global standards and preparedness for audits. Performs assessments and validations to ensure processes meet expected standards. Conducts audits to maintain SCM standards. Continuously improves standards and replicates them through training.

Leads implementations of logistics projects that integrate information between SCM and the plant. Leads high-impact implementations for Operations. Demonstrates complete mastery of Project Management techniques and PM methodology at Continental. Applies Agile Project Management concepts and holds LPT1 certification.

Acts as a key user in SAP processes, serving as the interface between IT and the area for implementing new processes, incidents, and projects. Promotes improvements in SAP and collaborates with key users from other units to adopt best practices. Handles demands for processes involving the MM, PP, SD, and WM modules, interfacing with IT and proposing solutions.

Applies high-impact data analysis solutions using tools such as Power BI, SAP, VBA, and RPAs. Creates complex dashboards to identify behavioral trends, demand variations, inventory levels, and improve process control.

Centralizes process automation development using RPA practices to enhance efficiency in the area's activities and its stakeholders. Provides extensive training in RPA practices and actively seeks new applications. Ensures RPA practices align with plant standards and searches for new RPA tools on the market.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
• SCM experience in the industry
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience in logistics (Material Handling, Planning)
• Enterprise IT skills
• Experience in continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing
• SAP qualification
