Are you highly organized, proactive, and eager to make a difference behind the scenes? Inner Circle is looking for a Management & Operations Assistant to support our Marketing team in São Paulo.

Goal of the role:

Ensure Inner Circle’s São Paulo office operates as a reliable and energizing base, enabling the Marketing team to focus on growth while operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Result areas:

→ Well-run office environment – A welcoming and functional workplace where the team has everything they need to perform.

→ Seamless marketing operations – Logistics and suppliers coordinated efficiently so the Marketing team can execute with focus.

→ Efficient financial coordination – Local vendors and invoices handled reliably, aligned with headquarters finance.

Must-have:

• Degree or proven experience in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related areas.

• Advanced English (to communicate with our headquarters).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable.

• Ability to multitask and support different areas simultaneously.
