- Coordinate structured interactions with customers on SLAs, service management, and support topics.
- Lead project execution, ensuring smooth implementation and a positive customer experience.
- Oversee project risks, timelines, and budgets, keeping systems like Jira and SAPbD updated.
- Align customer needs with internal teams, helping to shape priorities and strategic planning.
Your interests and skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, ideally within the media industry.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, supporting effective project execution.
- Strong ability to understand and address customer needs, ensuring a tailored approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and customer feedback to drive informed decisions.
- Project management expertise, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10-20%) for customer meetings and industry events.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to adjust to evolving project requirements.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish, and ideally you speak Portuguese.
