Descrição do Emprego - Customer Success Manager

To support media companies in their growth in this fast-paced media world, we deliver innovative software solutions that optimize the life cycle of their content across channels and services.

MEDIAGENIX’ Customer Success organization is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Brazil (5 to 10 years’ experience – English & Spanish speaking) who is energized by building constructive relationships with our customers and align with internal project teams.

Your challenges

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
    • Analyze product usage and gather customer feedback to identify trends, needs, and areas for improvement.
    • Encourage product adoption by organizing demos, training sessions, and best practice sharing.
    • Act as the customer’s voice, ensuring their insights and experiences are reflected in product development.
    • Coordinate structured interactions with customers on SLAs, service management, and support topics.
    • Lead project execution, ensuring smooth implementation and a positive customer experience.
    • Oversee project risks, timelines, and budgets, keeping systems like Jira and SAPbD updated.
    • Align customer needs with internal teams, helping to shape priorities and strategic planning.

Your interests and skills

    • Proven experience in customer relationship management, ideally within the media industry.
    • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, supporting effective project execution.
    • Strong ability to understand and address customer needs, ensuring a tailored approach to challenges.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
    • An analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and customer feedback to drive informed decisions.
    • Project management expertise, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally (10-20%) for customer meetings and industry events.
    • Adaptability in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to adjust to evolving project requirements.
    • You are fluent in English and Spanish, and ideally you speak Portuguese.
