Tax Analyst

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join our team in Ponta Grossa. In this role, you will be responsible for: 

• Analyzing and interpreting Brazilian tax laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance
• Staying up to date on changes in tax legislation and implementing necessary adjustments
• Identifying and mitigating tax risks
• Preparing the calculation of direct and indirect taxes
• Preparing and reviewing direct and indirect tax returns
• Performing tax bookkeeping
• Support audit processes
• Contribute to the improvement of automation processes and initiatives in the tax department
• Participate in projects in the area

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience in tax analysis or similar role
• Advanced knowledge of Brazilian tax laws
• Experience in SAP system
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• CRC will be a plus
• Experience in tax compliance and audit
• processesSolid knowledge of the Brazilian tax system and tax regulations
• Intermediate English
