Home Care Operations Coordinator

We are a dedicated New Jersey based home care provider seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bilingual administrative assistant. If you thrive in a role that combines compassionate client interaction with meticulous administrative management, we would love to meet you!

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clock-in and clock-out processes for our caregiving staff.
• Monitor and promptly address any operational issues, maintaining accurate records for seamless prebilling.
• Handle sensitive communications with patients and their families, providing thoughtful support and information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively managing incoming calls and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Execute various administrative duties, ensuring everything is in order for our clients and team.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in the home care industry; familiarity with HHA Exchange is a plus, with training provided if necessary.
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a confident and reassuring personality.
• Available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
