Position Main Goals:
The Account Coordinator is responsible to support the Order Management Process and Price List by developing reports, RPAs using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and Python. This includes documenting the needs and requirements of the business community as well as designing, testing, and implementing logical solutions. This position supports the Machine and Worktools “order to invoice” process and works closely with business partners, IT (Information Technology), order fulfillment and transportation as an SME for the order management processes.



Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:
Support internal and external customers with Machine and Worktools orders, deliveries and billing documents
Analyze information to provide a recommendation for all enhancements developed
Work with the global team to gather opportunities, develop and implement RPAs to increase compliance and velocity on the processes.

Reduce work-around processes to simplify and standardize order to invoice processes.



What You Have - Skills and Experiences:

Business Analysis: Knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.

Advanced analytical skills; ability to adapt to multiple cultures and countries; strong influencing skills;
Good communication skills: ability to simplify complex information and develop clear communications and presentation materials to a variety of audiences;
Knowledge working with ordering systems (preferably SAP);
Experience in roles related to sales, marketing, information technology or business development that include, but not limited to: Order Management, Experience designing, leading business processes or Project Management.
Experience with tools like Power BI, VBA, Python, MS Forms or other MS tools.
