The opportunity 🔥

99ads is looking for an Art Director’s assistant. You will be responsible for supporting the Art Director in achieving the agency's goals, while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative projects.

Important things:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This includes copywriters, designers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
• Help maintain the agency's brand and creative standards: Review all creative batches for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Understand marketing and branding principles: This includes messaging, positioning, and target audience identification.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective ad formats.
• Task management: Always pay attention to detail and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the agency remains innovative and competitive.
• Participate: Partake in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to help the agency win new business and create effective campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working as an assistant Art Director/similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Tiktok) and their ad formats.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills

• Previous experience working for an agency is beneficial.
• Available immediately

Commitment Required ⏰

• Online hours: Must be available online Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm CET
• Monday - Saturday (if needed)
• Full time
