In a bustling environment, you will manage daily bookkeeping tasks, produce detailed financial reports for events, and perform income versus deposit analyses to inform strategic decisions.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including account reconciliations, payroll, and financial entries.
• Generate and analyze profit and loss statements for each event, comparing income and deposits.
• Ensure accuracy in all financial documentation and provide timely financial information to management.

Available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping with strong skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and capability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
