Docplanner builds a  world-leading online practice management software  for the healthcare sector in the SaaS model.  We help 130,000 doctors and clinics  digitize their practices and deliver exceptional patient experience in over 13 countries.  We also run marketplace websites that allow 80 million patients monthly  to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who will:

• Lead the execution of Marketing Strategy focused on customer acquisition, using the global strategy as a starting point and adapting as needed for the Brazilian market;
• Lead the local team of Marketing Specialists and Content Specialists ;
• Execute marketing projects spear-heading the team of Content and Marketing Specialists, as well as in collaboration with other marketing team members in Brazil;
• Oversee all campaigns and programs , choosing the best channels and tactics to build the network of prospects and customers;
• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing/WhatsApp strategy focused on audience development with the ultimate goal of customer acquisition;
• Cooperate closely with the Head of Sales to achieve pipeline goals;

Qualifications

What will help you thrive?

• Extensive experience with extraordinary achievements in planning and execution of marketing projects (online and offline) with a strong focus on customer acquisition (preferably in a SaaS company);
• Substantial experience as a team lead ;
• Advanced English to smoothly communicate in an international environment;
• Proven track record of implementing and developing email/WhatsApp marketing strategies;
• A mindset of building for scale, with a data-driven approach to marketing;
• Solid analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills, all with a metrics-driven mindset;
• A knack for building and executing plans at a fast pace to explore growth opportunities;

It'd be great if you had…

• Experience with a variety of Marketing Automation platforms;
• Experience with Hubspot;
• Previously worked at an international company.

Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm;
