Role Responsibilities

• To develop brand plans that allow sustainable and fast growth by growing brand depletions as well as brand equity
• To develop brand tool kit aligned with global guidelines
• To support commercial teams with proper brand activations adequate for the different channels
• To create premium brand experience in every contact point with consumers
• To provide on premise activation plans for the On-Premise team to execute
• To ensure brand core values are adequately communicated in the market
• Make sure all the strategic thinking and plans are aligned with market reality by visiting at least once a month the most important on and off premise accounts
• Make use of analytics and latest market trends to react appropriately to new opportunities
• Permanently liaise with Global Marketing teams to ensure aligned communication with brand global and regional brand strategy including innovation
• Nielsen & Iscam monthly analysis; Volume, Value, Distribution & Pricing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education- Bachelor’s in Administration (Marketing)
• Experience in consumer or trade marketing
• Level of experience- Coordinator / Analyst
• Industry experience- Preferred
• High level of English
