Position: HashKey Group – Global Exchange - Business Development Manager (South America) Type: Full-time Job description: Developing and executing market-specific sales strategies. Identifying and securing new business opportunities. Addressing client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Liaising with product and technical teams to convey product features and benefits. Managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing feedback. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to strengthen our position. Producing regular sales and performance reports for upper management. Job Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or finance sectors. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effective teamwork and resource coordination. Proficient in Spanish and English, with fluency in business communication. Resilient and proactive, able to perform under pressure.
