Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Business Partner at Hyva (for Business Unit Cranes in South America & North America). The HR Business Partner will contribute to strategic people agenda for Business Unit Cranes, will implement HR policies, support high performance culture, sparring with leaders & teams across Americas, manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role is located in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in international, culturally diverse company (matrix organizational structure would be a plus)
• English language - conversational level (ideally professional proficiency)
• Expertise in HR policies, Human Resources (HR), and employee relations
• Experience in employee engagement and essential elements of company culture
• Ability to sparring and positively influence key stakeholders and drive change
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment law
• Experience in performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the capital equipment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
