We're looking for a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team at Planner 5D. In this role, you'll help us boost our sales and nurture strong relationships with our Pro users, who are mostly designers. You'll be the main point of contact for our customers, managing the sales pipeline and making sure they're happy and loyal. If you're results-driven and eager to grow in the tech industry, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new users, guiding them through an introductory demo call to kickstart their journey.
  • Conduct personalized demos for newly joined customers, showcasing the full capabilities of Planner 5D to meet their specific needs.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights with the Product team to foster future developments and enhancements.
  • Regular check-ins with onboarded PRO users, ensuring they are fully leveraging Planner 5D's features and benefits for optimal use.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, driving long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns with tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the health and status of accounts and transactions.
  • Establish and monitor sales account targets to boost sales pipelines.
  • Identify and recommend strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and uncover new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of successful sales or account management experience in the IT sector (tech companies), demonstrating a solid track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent English speaking skills
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle. Excellent presentation skills and ability to negotiate easily with a focus on results.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills, with a knack for understanding customer needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing several account management projects simultaneously while consistently maintaining attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to grow and discover innovative methods for converting customers to leads.
  • Nice to have: strong understanding of home design or renovation needs
