The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications
Sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
To Get Success you need…
- Experience managing large customers/ Global, distribuitors in Latam in the foodsegment
- Develop and implement the strategic plan with maincustomers
- Increase and manage pipeline opportunities trough ADM
- Salesforce
- Write and inform call reports
- Work with techical support develping new opportunities
- Ability to negociate and working in a complex Matrix organization;
- Strong relationship builder and opportunity seekers;
- Bachelor´s degree preferable in Chemestry or Food Engineer
- Language skills: English fluency, Spanish desirable.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in São Paulo/SP - Jardim das Acacias
Leadership expectations - You will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of key customers, working on maintaining existing accounts and prospecting new customers, work building relationship, identifying market needs/ opportunities. - For this role you´ll need to have good ability working with Technical and Marketing teams implementing ADM strategy for the human nutrition segment.
