About Uplify: We are a network of 25,000 streamers with proprietary technology for sponsorship format delivery, budget optimization, and a range of monetization tools for livestream creators. Uplify operates in Brazil, India, Eastern Europe, and the US with more than 25,000 livestream creators from Twitch, Trovo, and YouTube Live. About the role: Uplify Acquisition & Community Manager LatAm will act as the voice of the company to the streamers while representing the voice of the streamers to the company. Ideally, we are looking for a passionate expert, comfortable with Twitch, Trovo and YouTube streaming ecosystems, user dashboards, online communities, and social media, with excellent communication and management skills with the already existing pool of contacts of streamers, and managers in Brazil. Key responsibilities: 1. Increase streamer's income by explaining and communicating how Uplify products work for streamers Key products - Uplify Sponsorship campaigns for streamers, Uplify.Link for streamers Lead local Ambassador Program support: attracting new members, managing members, managing and supervising content production Lead local Helper Program: attracting new members, managing members What we expect: Optimization of running programs and implementation of activities according to the plan. KPI: Number of streamers participating (Monthly Active Users), Streamer's lifetime value, revenue per streamers, etc 2. Streamers acquisition and leading Streamer's Agency Referral Program Create, budget, and implement a streamer acquisition strategy Represent Uplify and deal with streamer agencies, agents, esports studios, and managers Manage invoicing/receipt of invoices for the local acquisition activities What we expect: Communication with streamers and with representatives of agencies, and managers, to increase the number of active streamers on our platform along with their impressions. KPI: Cost per acquisition, number of impressions, number of active streamers 3. Increasing the effectiveness of streamers while delivering sponsorship campaigns Key streamer's metrics monitoring via dashboards: impressions, clicks, and other actions from the streamer's audience Setting up targeting and tags within the Uplify system to manage streamers' community Supervise and update streamers’ settings in the Uplify system Fraud streamers monitoring and blocking with Uplify dashboards What we expect: Analytics and control of daily, weekly, and monthly indicators through our dashboards. Checking streamers' traffic purity through third-party sites (Streamcharts, SullyGnome, etc.) KPI: Impressions delivered, CTR The Essentials: 5+ years of experience with streamers' community and streamers management Experience with analytic charts and ability to make decisions based on figures Strong understanding of live streamers and influencers, Twitch, and the YouTube ecosystems with deep connections among streamers and managers in the Brazilian market. Strong initiative, self-motivated, and problem-solving skills approach Ability to effectively manage your own time and prioritization tasks.
