Descrição do Emprego - Senior Market Development Representative

Hexagon is looking for a Senior Market Development Representative to join our team in Brazil or Uruguay. If you are interested in taking your next professional challenge in a great multicultural environment, then take a look at the following opportunity!

 

This role recognises that you have successfully overachieved your quota, demonstrating exceptional ADR capabilities including your passion, competitiveness, and curiosity to learn and develop. You have demonstrated that you are a compassionate competitor – a rep who likes to win, but not at the expense of your teammates. You have demonstrated that you are curious, questioning is in your DNA which has helped you to become exceptional at prospecting.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop opportunities for the sales team from Outbound prospecting
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email and social with a high attention to detail
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
  • Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts
  • Maintain a high level of activity and productivity.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to maximize efficiency in activities.
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com and SalesLoft
  • Assign opportunities to appropriate AE, educating reps as necessary about the opportunity
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and successfully manage and overcome prospect objections to secure qualified meetings and expand Hexagon's presence.

 

  • Native Spanish and Intermediate English;
  • Industry or engineering background strongly desired
  • Strong experience in business development (BDR - Presales) or Sales Development Representative (SDR - Presales), inside sales and/or sales
  • Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures
  • Proven ability to perform successfully and self-motivated
  • 100% reliable and detail oriented. A drive to execute flawlessly.
  • Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.
