Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for market research and business development of the company's steel business in south America, to achieve the company's target;
2. Collect and analyse information on products, market, customer needs, competitors, policies, etc;
3. Responsible for the development, maintenance and management of customers ;
4. Responsible for risk management and problem coordination during the implementation of contracts to ensure the smooth operation of business;
5. Provide professional service and solutions for customers, and timely and appropriate handling of customer complaints, to maintain the company's brand.
Qualifications:
1. 5 years of successful sales or account management experience in steel commodity trading, familiar with trade procurement and sales, and have south American customer resources.
2. Understanding of the south American steel market, with strong market development ability, interpersonal communication ability and team cooperation ability.
3. Familiar with the steel industry and have mature channels in the industry.
4. High self-motivation , self-discipline and stress resistance.
